What is Contourshield?
ContourShield is a glazing process activated by UV exposure. This process enables you to take any color image (photo or high quality reproduction) and "glaze" it onto any variety of non-porous surfaces.

Can I use ContourShield machine for metaza or color pendants?
Yes. Our ContourShield process can protect ChromaPress and Metaza pendants from scratches and wear and tear.

How big is the machine?
You can find the dimensions of the machine and other specifications and features on the system page.

Do I need any software for this system?
No. However. Access to imaging software and hardware will only serve to increase your sales opportunities.

What is the process to get my machine repaired if it is still under warranty?

What do I need to start using this system?
If you purchased the Platinum package, you can begin using the system immediately. Adding imaging software and hardware will only serve to increase your sales opportunities.

Any foreseen problems with the machine or system?
This system is designed to work with developed photos from your client. If you need to print a photo from your computer, Using HP's high quality photo paper to prevent any burn spots that can be created by the UV process.

Do you provide instructional video or support on the use of the machine?
Instructional documents and telephone support are available for this system. Videos will be available in the future.

How long does it take to put an image on a pendant?
The entire process takes about 6 minutes (Novice) to 3 minutes (Experienced).

How long does it take to earn back the initial investment?
The profit margin on all of our systems is in the range of 500 - 900% (est.). You should earn back your initial investment by the time you sell all the pendants included in the Platinum package. See hypothetical.
